Shipping Policy

Processing

We recommend ordering your candle a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your occasion. This allows us time to create and confirm your final design, make the product, and for the product to be delivered.

Each candle will be processed in order of when they are received, so the sooner you design and purchase, the sooner you will receive your product, so don't cut it too fine!

Packaging

Due to the delicate nature of our product, we have selected our packaging to best ensure that your candle arrives to you in the same condition as when it left us. Of course, things don't always work out this way, so if your product has arrived to you damaged please contact us here as soon as possible after the item has been delivered.

Postage / Shipping

We are currently only shipping within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Candles currently being shipped with An Post. All packages are tracked and tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

Shipping Fees

€6.00 on all orders under €100 to the Republic of Ireland

€7.50 on all orders under €100 to Northern Ireland

Shipping on orders over €100 is free
