What are the dimensions of your candles?
Large Pillar Candle: 23cm x 8cm
Small Pillar Candle: 14cm x 8cm
LED Pillar Candle: 23cm x 9cm
How long before the occasion should I order my candle?
To better ensure that you receive your candle in time, we recommend that you place your order a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the occasion.
How do you ensure no damage during transit?
Due to the delicate nature of the candles, our packaging has been carefully selected to result in the candle arriving to you in the same condition we packaged it. If unfortunately there is some damage to the product on receipt of delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer refunds?
With the personalised nature of the product, refunds will not be offered if you are dissatisfied with the product itself. However, refunds/replacements are offered should a candle get damaged in transit. More information regarding this can be found here.
To ensure you are happy with the product, we send you a final digital design to guarantee your satisfaction. This is your opportunity to check spellings and details are correct before we process your order. Once you have approved the final digital draft, that is the product you will receive, so make sure you're 100% satisfied.
Can your LED candles be left outside (ie. on a grave)?
No, our battery operated LED candles are not waterproof, therefore can not be left on a loved one's grave. The intended use is to serve as an indoor reminder on special occasions relating to the person.
